Listening to a station in the app

Your station is the fastest route to help: every station's website has a contact page, and messages go straight to the people who run it. Open the station's website from the app (Settings, then the station link) or search for the station by name.

DJs and station staff

Sign in to your studio and ask the studio assistant, or raise it under Feature requests - your station admin and the platform both see those. Anything urgent on air: your station admin is the first call.

The app itself, or the platform

Email hello@staircaseradio.co and a human reads it. Include the station you were tuned to and what happened, and we will get you sorted.
